Our Thesis

People & Impact, Prioritized

We partner with founders and operators of demonstrated character — leaders aligned with Keystone’s core values and capable of building enduring organizations. While many are faith-driven, we prioritize integrity, humility, and stewardship over labels.

Additionally, we invest in businesses that either:

  • Intentionally cultivate environments where employees can thrive, or
  • Deliver meaningful social, environmental, or spiritual impact directly through their products or services.

Early-Stage Companies

Keystone invests alongside founders early in their growth journey.

Our typical investments:

  • Seed or Series A rounds (occasionally Pre-Seed or Series B)
  • Already generating revenue
  • Equity investments (including SAFEs and Convertible Notes)
  • Founder(s) retains meaningful ownership and control

Syndicated Opportunities

Differentiated private-market opportunities seeking long-term, values-aligned capital, curated and managed by Keystone.

Typical Profile:

  • Direct deals or select private funds
  • Sectors of interest include Real estate, private equity, commodities, or infrastructure
  • Cash-flowing or downside-protected structures where possible

What the Funding Process Looks Like

1.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

We respect your time. To make sure there’s a good fit, we’ll start with a short form to confirm alignment.

2.

ESTABLISHING A FIT

If there’s a potential fit, we’ll begin with a brief intro call, followed by any necessary conversations to confirm mutual interest.

3.

PITCH

You’ll present your business to our investor community. Following the pitch, members will indicate interest in pursuing next steps.

4.

DEEP DIVE

If members express interest, we’ll move into a deeper evaluation of your business model, impact, and entrepreneurial profile.

5.

DILIGENCE

Our team will facilitate due diligence for interested investors, including reviewing key corporate documents to confirm investment readiness.

6.

FUNDING

Investors make individual investment decisions. All transactions are between investors and companies. Keystone Investing does not broker or negotiate deals.

One philosophy. Multiple expressions.

Keystone remains flexible on structure and sector, but consistent in how we evaluate leadership, impact, and stewardship of capital.
